Jane is an Executive Director at Vesparum, with over 10 years of experience in corporate advisory, equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and accounting. With a focus on growth equity capital raisings, Jane combines her strong work ethic with a highly empathetic communication style to consistently deliver successful outcomes for her clients.

Prior to joining Vesparum in 2021, Jane worked in the investment banking team at Lazard and the M&A team at EY. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a registered Chartered Accountant.

Outside of work, you'll find Jane getting in a morning run (rain, hail or shine) and spending time with family and friends.
