Joel is a Managing Director at Vesparum, with over 15 years of experience in M&A and equity capital markets. Joel draws on extensive transaction experience with both ASX-listed and private companies to help our clients achieve their business objectives.
Prior to joining Vesparum in 2016, Joel spent several years in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Royal Bank of Scotland, as well as with boutique advisory firm, Lion Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Western Australia.
Joel enjoys supporting his family’s growing interest in community services and sports, while regularly finding his physical limits at CrossFit.
