Stefan is a Director at Vesparum. He has over 12 years of experience across corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and management consulting. Stefan works closely with private company founders to support their growth ambitions and capital markets objectives.
Prior to joining Vesparum in 2021, Stefan spent several years at boutique advisory firm, Canterbury Partners, driving M&A and ECM transactions across a broad range of industries including technology, consumer and financial services. Stefan has also worked at Deloitte in both the M&A Advisory and HNW Private Advisory groups. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is a registered Chartered Accountant.
Outside of work, you'll find Stefan spending time with his young family, attending a wide range of sporting events, playing the piano or desperately trying to improve his running pace around the streets of Melbourne.
